Easy Sausage Breakfast

I had a mutual stay at home mom friend that introduced this recipe to my husband and me one morning and we have been enamored with it ever since.  You probably shouldn't eat it too often because of a few ingredients, but it is an easy fix if you are in a bind or a hurry.


  • 1 lb package of sausage
  • 1 tub or 8oz bar of cream cheese (I get the low fat kind to attempt to make it healthier)
  • 2 tubes of croissants

1. Pre-heat your oven to the temperature specified on your croissants
2. Brown your sausage and drain off all the excess grease
3. Place sausage in a mixing bowl and add the cream cheese, stir around until blended together

4.Place a whole role of croissants out on a cookie sheet (will make a rectangle, don't take apart any individual triangles)

5. Spread out the cream cheese mixture onto your croissants

6. Place the second roll on top of the first and pinch the sides together, then place in the oven for the amount of time specified on the croissant package

7. Play with daddy while waiting for everything to cook

8. Get out of the oven and enjoy the yumminess that ensues!
