Some of the best meals don't require a long ingredient list. A generous coating of simple seasonings, a splash of Kikkoman® soy sauce, and an hour in the oven create tender, flavorful chicken that's easy enough for a weeknight and satisfying enough to serve guests.

Ingredients

·        4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

·        1 tablespoon avocado oil (to lightly grease the baking dish)

·        2–3 tablespoons Kikkoman® soy sauce

·        2 tablespoons garlic powder

·        2 tablespoons onion powder

·        2 tablespoons dill weed

·        1 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Directions

1.      Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.      Lightly grease a baking dish with the avocado oil.

3.      Arrange the chicken thighs in the baking dish skin-side up.

4.      Pour the Kikkoman® soy sauce evenly over the chicken.

5.      Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and dill weed evenly over each thigh, coating the chicken without piling the seasonings on.

6.      Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

7.      Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
