This is such a simple, one pot meal with so much flavor. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

3 Sea Bass fillets with skin

3 Tablespoons butter (or Margarine for lactose free)

3 Tablespoons garlic powder

3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese (Nutritional Yeast for lactose free)

3 green onions (golf ball sized)

1 package of Savory Garlic riced Cauliflower

1 Teaspoon olive oil

Heat oven to 400 degrees

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put 1 teaspoon olive oil in cast iron pa and spread around on bottom

  2. Place Sea Bass, skin side down, in pan

  3. Mix butter (or margarine), garlic powder and parmesan (or Nutritional Yeast) together to make a paste. Spread on Sea Bass fillets.

  4. Cut green onions into rings and place on top of coated fillets.

  5. Arrange riced cauliflower around edge of pan but not on top of the Sea Bass.

  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes

  7. Serve Sea Bass first then stir riced cauliflower to absorb more flavor.
